Patrick Adams, President of American Bedrock, had the privilege of sitting down with Joshua Habursky and Glynn Loope of the Premium Cigar Association. Joshua Habursky is the Deputy Executive & Head of Government Affairs of the PCA, an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Affairs, a contributor to countless media outlets, and is the owner of Embassy Cigar Lounge in Quantico. Glynn Loope is the Director of State Advocacy of the Premium Cigar Association.
